Plans & billing
Current prices and plan comparison live on the pricing page — this page explains how plans behave inside the product.
Who manages billing
Section titled “Who manages billing”The workspace owner. Members see the current plan but billing is view-only for them — plan and renewal changes go through the owner (see Team & workspaces). Plan selection offers billing intervals; pick the cadence that fits your rollout.
Features and their dependencies
Section titled “Features and their dependencies”Plans are bundles of feature entitlements. Some features are baseline — included in every package; others gate specific surfaces. The panel is explicit about how features depend on each other, for example:
- Embed / iframe access requires 360 Web Viewer & QR — an embed is the viewer, so one without the other would be inert.
- AR launcher links and launcher embeds require AR Support — direct viewer sharing keeps working without it, but AR entry flows need the AR entitlement.
- Custom branding and the configurator have limited value without public viewer & embed access, and the plan picker says so up front.
If a feature is missing from your package, the relevant UI says exactly that (e.g. “Embed is not available on this package”) rather than failing quietly.
When a subscription lapses
Section titled “When a subscription lapses”Dates are inclusive — you keep every feature through the last day of the paid period. After that:
- Panel features follow the plan immediately (e.g. detailed analytics reports “subscription expired” until renewal).
- Published experiences get a grace period — already-published viewers and embeds keep serving publicly for a short window, so an expiry never yanks live product pages off your storefront mid-traffic. Renew within the window and nothing was ever down.
Renewal reminders go out by e-mail in stages before and around the end date.
